Ozaukee Washington Land Trust (OWLT) is a non-profit environmental organization whose mission is to preserve the water resources, natural areas, and working lands of Ozaukee and Washington Counties. OWLT owns and actively manages over 35 nature preserves in Ozaukee and Washington counties. OWLT believes all people should have access to the outdoors, a sustainable future, and the opportunity to become a steward of our shared natural resources.

The Ozaukee Washington Land Trust, Inc., (OWLT) is a 501(c)3 non-profit, non-governmental conservation organization that actively works to protect natural resources in southeast Wisconsin. OWLT is requesting proposals from qualified consulting firms to work with OWLT and represent its interests while providing /managing design, demolition, and site restoration services at Forest Beach Migratory Preserve. Attached you will find the Request For Proposals and Pre-Demolition Inspection from 2019. OWLT will create and share a link to an online storage space to answer questions from all bidders, and place additional materials as relevant.
Site Visits October 11 and 18, 11am- 3pm
