Center Lane Preserve

A variety of wetland habitats, including forested wetlands, emergent wet meadow and a man-made pond are located within this preserve. Hardwood, conifer and mixed hardwood-conifer landscapes are located in this natural area and designated as Natural Areas and Critical Species Habitat Protection and Management Plan for Southeastern Wisconsin. The preservation of this area within the Milwaukee River watershed serves to improve water quality and restore native plant, fish and wildlife communities.
