Join OWLT and the Savanna Institute for a kayaking trip on the Milwaukee River in West Bend. 3 types of registration - SEE REGISTRATION LINKS in the event description below. During the event, we will stop at Fellenz Woods to hike the property and enjoy a lunch break, bring your own packed lunch.

About the event

Paddle tour travels on the Milwaukee River from Quass Creek Park to Goeden Park.

There are 3 ways to register for the event - renting a kayak, bringing your own kayak but needing transportation from beginning point to end, or vice-versa. and not renting a kayak or needing transportation. CLICK the READ MORE link for important detailed information about the event. All registrations require credit card information and all participants must sign waivers to participate.

For those participants renting kayaks, park at Goeden Park, 6490 Co Rd M, West Bend, WI by 9 am. Group transportation will be provided to Quass Creek Park. (Rental space is limited so register early.)

Participants bringing their own kayak, meet at Doc Gonring Athletic Complex, Quass Creek Park in West Bend, WI by 9:30 am. 

Those bringing their own kayak may also leave their kayak with the team at Quass Creek and park at Goeden Park to be transported back, so their vehicles are at the end of the route. 

We will launch from Quass Creek Park and travel, approximately 1.5 hours, to Fellenz Woods for a hike and lunch break, bring your own packed lunch.  We will continue via the river to Goeden Park, approximately 1.5 hours, where the tour will end. All participants must sign waivers to participate.
